We are Alessandro & Francesco, brothers & owners since 1980 of this small hotel (situated in a picturesque and historical area).

Our Hotel faces onto a wide canal in a romantic angle of Venice.

To get to us there is no vaporetto cost as we are a 15 minute walk from the Train Station, & only 5 minutes from the Piazzale Roma bus terminal (when arriving by car or form the airport).

We are highly recommended by the best guidebooks such as Routarde & The Lonely Planet, we also have very good write ups on popular travel websites like Trip Advisor.

We are always available in the hotel, day or night to help & advise our customers.

We have Wireless Internet so that during your stay you can connect with your own PC or IPhone, a hotel computer is also available for use at the reception. Both services are free (of charge).

Every morning we serve a traditional Italian breakfast which is always included in the price, and a (beautiful) spacious terrace overlooking the canal is available for our guests during the day. (from 10am. on 8pm.)
